Oversee the management and operation of the group's hotel and real estate assets.
Develop strategic and operational plans to enhance performance and increase revenue.
Manage marketing and promotional activities for hotels and properties to attract clients and investors.
Supervise leasing and sales contracts, ensuring the highest investment returns.
Develop and improve hospitality services and hotel operations in line with global standards.
Monitor real estate and hospitality market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients to ensure business growth.
Lead and manage teams, overseeing their training to achieve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to hotels and real estate.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Hotel Management, or Real Estate.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel and real estate management.
Advanced knowledge in hotel operations, real estate management, and tourism marketing.
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams and build partnerships.
Fluency in Arabic and English, and any other language.
Experience in developing and implementing investment and development strategies in real estate and hospitality.
