Job Description:

  • Oversee the management and operation of the group's hotel and real estate assets.
  • Develop strategic and operational plans to enhance performance and increase revenue.
  • Manage marketing and promotional activities for hotels and properties to attract clients and investors.
  • Supervise leasing and sales contracts, ensuring the highest investment returns.
  • Develop and improve hospitality services and hotel operations in line with global standards.
  • Monitor real estate and hospitality market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients to ensure business growth.
  • Lead and manage teams, overseeing their training to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to hotels and real estate.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Hotel Management, or Real Estate.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel and real estate management.
  • Advanced knowledge in hotel operations, real estate management, and tourism marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams and build partnerships.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, and any other language.
  • Experience in developing and implementing investment and development strategies in real estate and hospitality.
