Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Legal Department, including scheduling, correspondence, document filing, and system updates.
Support the legal team with preparation of letters, legal notices, reports, and summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of all legal matters and ensure secure document handling and archiving.
Act as the key point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders on routine legal correspondence and follow-ups.
Support the legal team in preparing responses to inquiries from the UAE Central Bank, Insurance Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
Assist in compiling documentation for periodic compliance audits and inspections.
Coordinate with internal compliance teams for alignment on legal risk reporting.
Liaise with departments such as Claims, Underwriting, HR, and Finance to gather necessary information/documents related to legal matters.
Follow up on internal action items arising from legal reviews, board resolutions, or external advice.
Interface with law firms, notaries, courts, police authorities, and regulators on scheduling, documentation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
Legal Administration or Paralegal certification (preferred).
Arabic mandatory with good English
