Job Description:

  • ​Supervising the operational and administrative processes of the heavy and light equipment company (civil and military) to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Develop business plans and increase market share through innovation and effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage technical and operational teams to ensure the highest quality and maintenance standards.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure contracts and enhance revenues.
  • Develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure operational and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the heavy equipment industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing heavy and light equipment in the civil and military sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance, supply chain, operations, and fleet management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with experience in local and international markets.
