AML Officer

Detect transactions relating to any crime as defined in Article 1 of the AML - CFT Decision.
Receive data concerning suspicious transactions; and make decisions to either notify the FIU or maintain the transaction with a documented rationale for maintaining the transaction while upholding confidentiality requirements.
Prepare, execute, and document ongoing training and development programs and plans for the employees on money laundering and the financing of terrorism and financing of illegal organisations, and the means to combat them.
Developing and implementing AML/CFT policies and procedures.
Risk Assessment – conducting and regularly update the companys AML/CFT risk assessment and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
CDD- Establishing procedures for identifying and verifying the identity of customers, beneficial owners and potentially exposed persons.
Record Keeping- ensuring that all AML/CFT related records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting with additional certification such a CAMS or ICA diploma in AML. 
Proficiency in English & Arabic language is mandatory.
