Oversee all fit-out and décor projects from start to completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Lead and supervise project teams and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Monitor costs, variations, and project risks.
Prepare progress reports for management.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
5+ years’ experience in fit-out/decor projects, including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of project management and site execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must
