Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute integrated HSEQ strategy across Aviation and F&B business units.
• Align Safety Management Systems (SMS) with food safety and quality management frameworks.
• Drive a proactive safety and food safety culture across airport, catering, and production sites.
Regulatory & Certification Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, IATA regulations and airport authority requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification renewals.
Risk & Operational Excellence
• Oversee airside safety, operational risk assessments, food safety hazard analysis (HACCP), and environmental risk mitigation.
• Lead incident investigations (RCA, ICAM, 5 Why) across aviation and food production environments.
• Establish emergency response, crisis management, and contamination control procedures.
• Implement HSEQ dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks.
Sustainability & Performance
• Drive environmental sustainability, waste reduction, and ESG initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, manpower planning, and capability development.
• Ensure CAPA effectiveness and continuous improvement across all facilities.
