Job Description:

Manage day-to-day facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, space and asset management, and 
emergency response.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards while managing energy efficiency initiatives.
Oversee vendors, contracts, budgets, and cost control to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and develop facility teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, conducting evaluations, and ensuring 
adequate staffing.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address operational needs and resolve 
issues.
Demonstrate strong self-management through effective time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and 
adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related 
discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA or M.Sc.) preferred for senior roles.
Professional certifications such as IFMA CFM, BIFM, PMP, or NEBOSH are an advantage.
