A bachelor’s degree in safety, health, environmental, technical, scientific, or related engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum  10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. 
Shall have experience in preparing Health, Safety, Environmental Impact (HSEIA) reports and be fully conversant in QRA development.
Experience in UAE region will be preferred.
Familiarity with all HSE, SRM etc. norms and regulations in UAE.
