Recovery Manager - Motor Claims

Handle recovery claims for motor insurance, including documentation and follow-ups with

third-party insurers.

Assess liability, evaluate evidence, and negotiate settlements to maximize recovery.

Ensure timely filing of recovery claims and maintain compliance with UAE regulatory

standards.

Coordinate with legal teams for cases requiring litigation.

Prepare and maintain accurate recovery reports and records.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency

Bachelor degree in Insurance, finance , law or related field.
7 to 10 yrs experience in the same role.
Knowledge of UAE motor insurance practices, recovery laws and CBUAE regulations is preferred.
