4.1 is the natural sequel of the global version 4.0 containing even more vital features and improvements in billing system, e-commerce module, search engine functioning, user and admin experience etc. In 4.1 version we have added such new features as:
Our customers can download 4.1 version from the Client Area and install it from scratch. Customers having Upgrade Service active can perform an automatic update from ver. 4.0 to 4.1 using automatic updater in Admin Panel. If your Upgrade Service is not active you can contact our Sales Department at sales@smartjobboard.com and activate it.
Please note:
- Automatic update will be available within a week after the release. It is now on the testing stage. Once it is ready you will see a notice in the Admin Panel that the new update is available and you will be able to update automatically directly from Admin Panel.
- If you have Jobg8 plugin - it may work incorrectly after the update due to the data format change. Please contact our Support Service at support@smartjobboard.com and our Support Managers will manually change the data format for you to make it function correctly.
- SmartJobBoard has made the upgrade patch as universal as possible so it automatically converts almost all the 4.0 data to 4.1 without any issues. However in the version 4.1 there are few sections where the manual set up is required. Please check this knowledgebase article before the update.
