• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, management or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification
• ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil and Gas Company) approved HSE Officer
• Certified First Aider
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Offshore Industries.
• Proven QHSE professionals from Oil & Gas, Marine and Offshore industries.
• Excellent and topical knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Policy.
• Experience in Incident Investigation to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
• Maintains Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion.
• QHSE experience related to Diving or Rope Access or Scaffolding would be an added advantage.
