Job Description:

Prepare all official letters & assist in organising department functions.
Perform full secretarial and administrative support
Represent first point of contact for visitors to the company
Control movements of incoming and outgoing visitors and contribute to their awareness of Company safety guidelines
Organise, actively contribute to the organisation of meetings, conferences & business events in coordination with various parties
Logistics and administrative support for visitors from HQ
Maintain appropriate filing system

Job Requirements:

Level of education graduate degree preferable.
Fluency (speaking, writing and reading) in English is required.
5 years experience preferably in administration.
Proficiency in Windows XP, Microsoft Office package
