The incumbent act as an Advisor to the HR Department on Manpower planning matters. Undertakes studies of organization structures and design. Provides advice on ideal organizational design to achieve business goals and Company strategy after thorough review of business processes and business objectives. Overlooks manpower benchmarking studies and through diagnotistic studies and research advice the Company on appropriate manpower strength and ideal manpower demographics that enables the business to perform and excel.

Understanding the business objectives and strategy and transform it into an appropriate organizational design and structure.
Conduct diagnosis on underlying organizational problems by understanding the core of the business and it’s processes and recommend solutions through organizational design to enable the business run effectively.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
|
· Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivilant
|
|
Knowledge and/or Experience
|
· 8 years of manpower planning related experience preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry
|
|
Technical and Business Skills
|
· Proficency in the use of SAP , computer packages such as the Microsoft package.
· Able to do process mapping and workload analysis
